Dr. Woollam has had a long association with triathlon and marathon. His interests in this context have revolved around lower extremity injuries, particularly knee, foot and ankle. His ice hockey association works closely with shoulder and neck injuries as well as concussion. Orthotic fitting has been a specialty for over 15 years. Dr. Woollam’s services and any required investigations (i.e., scans, x-ray, ultrasound and MRI) are all covered through the Ministry of Health.

Jacques has 12 years of Trauma and Emergency nursing experience he is also a senior flight nurse providing aeromedical nursing care for medivac patients around the world.

Extensive endurance events coverage experience including the Mississauga Marathon since its inaugural year, Toronto Marathon, Lake Placid Ironman and Five Kliks for Kids.

Being a long distance cyclist himself he knows first hand the physiological needs of endurance athletes.
